Ami is Citroën’s practical and innovative response to mobility requirements. With its compact size, unique design and ground-breaking visual approach, Ami breaks the rules and will capture the hearts of its audiences.

Although still not confirmed yet for the UK, Citroën has launched a new Register Your Interest’ form for Ami, with a view to gauge public interest levels for potential introduction to the UK market.

MAVERICK MOBILITY SOLUTION

  • Ami is electric: zero CO2 emissions and access to all city centres, with an easy, silent and fluid drive. Ami’s battery can recharge in just three hours from a standard electrical socket, like a smartphone making it accessible to all
  • Compact and agile: an ultra-compact 2.41m body length and 7.20m turning circle, which makes travelling around the city and parking easy
  • Comfortable and compact: small on the outside and large on the inside, Ami allows two people to travel side by side in total comfort, with an enclosed, heated passenger compartment which is bathed in light and protected from the outside
  • Bold and unique: an original style and innovative design featuring developments such as symmetrical parts and 6 accessory packs, which gives Ami its own distinctive look

  • Ami can be driven without a licence from age 14 in France
  • Attractive, flexible “a la carte” offers, bringing mobility within everyone’s reach as and when they need it, from cash purchases starting at €6,000 (€900 bonus deducted) through to monthly rental starting at €19.99/month for long-term rental, and including vehicle-sharing options starting at just €0.26/minute

The Citroën Brand in the UK

The UK is the 4th largest market for Citroën globally, with 80,000 vehicles sold in 2019. Based in Coventry, Citroën UK’s range of hatchbacks includes C1 (city car), C3 (supermini) and C4 Cactus (compact family car). The UK SUV line-up consists of C3 Aircross (compact SUV) and C5 Aircross (mid-size SUV). The UK MPV range features Berlingo (5 or 7-seats), Grand C4 SpaceTourer (7-seats) and SpaceTourer (up to 9-seats). Citroën UK’s Light Commercial Vehicle offering covers all sectors of the market with Berlingo Van, Dispatch and Relay. Citroën has a clearly defined electrification strategy with all models across the range offering an electrified version by 2025.
